Mark ~ With over 35 years in the pool & spa industry, Mark has accumulated the knowledge, experience and attention to detail that every customer wants when deciding to make their dream come true with an inground pool. He is just as diligent when helping a customer make an equipment repair, or pool renovation. He takes pride in the work that Neptune Pools does for customers, and personally trains the employees that are on your job.
Viola ~ For over 17 years, Viola has been an important member of the customer service, retail and administration with Neptune Pools. She is well trained and experienced when it comes to taking care of your pool/spa, or handling any matters you may have. She is there for her customers 100%, and really takes an interest in them and their families, as well as their pool/spa needs. Whether you need chemical training, maintenance or supply information, or need to order that elusive part that nobody else can seem to find - she is here to make sure you have what you need. Viola trains the store staff herself, to make sure you have a good experience with Neptune Pools and will be happy with us when you come back.
