People Who Care ~

If you need a one-time inground pool repair, some guidance throughout the season with pool/spa products & supplies, or you are ready to create/re-create your own backyard paradise vacation spot - we are here to help you every step of the way.

Understanding the products that you use to maintain your pool/spa is key to keeping it clean and protecting it through the years.

Our staff members are well trained and knowledgeable. We are pool professionals, not sales associates. You can rely on us to answer your questions and advise you on the best method and product to address your pool/spa care needs.

Who We Are...

Mark ~ With over 40 years in the pool & spa industry, Mark has accumulated the knowledge, experience and attention to detail that every customer wants when deciding to make their dream come true with an inground pool. He is just as diligent when helping a customer make and equipment repair, or pool renovation.

He takes pride in the work that Neptune Pools does for customers, and personally trains the employees that are on your job.

Recently, Mark received his Certificate of Achievement by completing the IL Swimming Facility Prequalification Training. He is now prequalified as an Illinois Swimming Facility Contractor. This is good news for all the commercial pools in the area.

Viola ~ For over 20 years now Viola has been an integral member of the customer service, retail and administration with Neptune Pools. She is well trained and experienced when it comes to taking care of your pool/spa, or handling any matters you may have.

She is there for her customers 100%, and really takes an interest in them and their families.

Whether you need chemical training, maintenance or supply information, or you need to order that elusive part that nobody else can seem to find - she is here to make sure you get what you need.

Viola also trains the retail store staff herself to make sure you have a good experience with Neptune Pools, and that you will be not only be happy to come back, but will also be glad to refer your friends and neighbors!

Audrey ~ It's that time of year - Audrey has headed back to Champaign to U-of-I for school... but she will be returning in the spring to start her 5th season with us. We wish her all the best during her school year!
